Hi gang!

I’m Lauren, aka the “GRATITUDE Addict!”

I have lived with chronic pain and illness for 21 years and have gone through many ups and downs and the emotional gymnastics that come with it.

I created a community on Facebook back in 2015 because I yearned to find a space that motivated and inspired me to truly LIVE and THRIVE, despite living with my condition. It is called “Attitude of GRATITUDE with Chronic Pain,” and our goal is to find joy and purpose in our lives rather than stay stuck in our misery. It is a positive, solution-based group, and we incorporate a regular practice of GRATITUDE to diffuse our pain's effects on our everyday lives.
