This is my first ball python I've gotten ever, he is a Ivory Ball Python morph and this is the first time I've had any animal shipped to me. I picked him up Immediately after the UPS facility opened at 10:03 am on 11/2/2016, he was shipped on Monday and arrived on time as scheduled, he was not delivered at my house due to temperatures being to low. Underground Reptiles has great costumer service, they called me to ask if I still wanted him shipped on Monday and whether or not I wanted him to still be delivered to my home, I opted for him to be held at the facility in hopes he would stay warm. They called me again the day he was delivered to see if everything had gone as planned, and I was happy to say he was very lively. He ate the same day I got him, 1 hopper the size of his girth. I've had him for a week now (late posting this), he is very adventurous and I cant wait to start taming him, he's already eaten another hopper (I waited 5 days). He hasn't balled up while being handled for short periods of time and hes overall a great lil snake.
