I ourdered this on Amazon.co.uk. The price at the point was 42.97. You can pay in Japanese yen - it was 5,931 yen.
This has several subtitles as well as languages (please check it on Amazon).

Buying movies (DVD's, Blu-ray's) on foreign sites (for me, mostly Amazon US and Amazon UK) can be much cheaper. And some packages have subtitles in your language.
However, you should check if your player can play the region code of that disc. DVD's have different codes than Blu-ray's. Blu-ray has wider code limitation.
Japan and America and UK are in the same region (A, I think), so usually my player can play the discs I order on these sites.
