It's pretty cool that my compulsion to always take out these discs now isn't just for fun but it's actually practical; because I finally found someone who was willing to figure out theses strange Thunderjaw Disc explosion damage numbers I’ve been seeing while playing.

Now we have the knowledge to drop even the toughest Thunderjaws cheaply and quickly.
MrPantsFancy did a bunch of research recently and figured out most of the ins and outs about which things cause these Discs to do so much damage when you hit them out of the air.

Long Range Damage Coils also work as well. I tested those yesterday. Even a mixture of coils on the same weapon seem to work too.
I almost feel sorry for these Thunderjaws... almost. :)
