How's it going everyone! In this video, i decided to try out the kdbfans switch pads to see what kind of differences they would make to the sound of my board. They're cheap, easy to install stickers made of poron that you stick to the PCB to dampen the contact between each switch and the PCB itself. This provides a more muted sound in my opinion, which some people prefer.

The board in the video is a Next Time 75 with stock stabs (lubed) and the new MechWild Blue Jay switches (video on that soon). I left the plate foam in the board, and did a sound comparison with/without the switch pads along with silicone/no silicone inside the case.

The only potential downside i can see with these is that if you decide you no longer want them on your board, they're likely going to leave a bit of sticky residue on the PCB surface when you take them off.
