Holding working and tail yarns in place, turn to work flat.
Setup rnd 1: ktbl, sl1wyif rep across row
Setup rnd 2: Be careful to not twist any sts. PM to note BOR. Join with sl1wyib. P1. sl1wyib, P1 rep to EOR.
