HORRIBLE BRAND NEW KONE Ecodisc Traction Elevators at the AC Hotel, Asheville, NC

These are Some HORRIBLE Elevators, and the sad thing is, we lost a 1966 Otis Black Button for these pieces of crap!!!!!! Back in 2010, there was a parking garage here which NW Indiana Elevators filmed at that had a 1966 Otis Black Button that would have been TRULY AMAZING, but SADLY, in 2015, the garage got demolished, and now stands this hotel that opened in August of 2017, and it's elevators are ALREADY running like crap!!!! This place was only 4-5 weeks old when this was taken BUT the LEFT Elevator is already breaking down, glitching, and acting up!!!! SO PATHETIC! Typical KONE Quality!!! Also, not only these are ALREADY Breaking Down and have LOTS of complaints on TripAdvisor already, but what's really sad is the KONE Technician I talked to here ADMITTED to me he has seen Many Ecodisc systems glitch and break down, AND it took him FOREVER to come here and fix these as he had gotten 10-15 phone calls from other building owners with Ecodiscs that he had to fix!!!!! And what's also horrible is there is NO Separate Parking Elevator, NO Service Elevator, just these 2 UNRELIABLE, CRAPPY KONE Ecodiscs that are only gonna last 5 YEARS till they will need to modernize/replace these, and in addition they need to add a service elevator here. 2 UNRELIABLE ELEVATORS and 10 FLOORS Including Guestrooms, lobby, parking and a PUBLIC Restaurant Means STOPS GALORE!!!! This place SERIOUSLY needs more elevators!!! And plus, the 2 Elevators they have are KONE!!! And the KONE tech told me the left one was GLITCHING like the Melia in Orlando, the buttons on the COP for the Parking Floors ONLY, AND not the guestroom floors worked, AND it is already having Mechanical problems!!!! While the KONE tech did fix it and I got to show it to you in this video, it STILL needs help!!!! DESPITE being 4-5 weeks Old, one of the Indicators is ALREADY BURNT OUT AND THE IN CAR LANTERN DOESN'T INDICATE IF IT'S GOING UP OR DOWN!!! It just displays a DIAMOND shape!!!!! SO MESSED UP AND PATHETIC!!!! To the AC Hotel, ADD MORE ELEVATORS, AND FIX THIS! AND KONE, you NEED TO SERIOUSLY FIX YOUR QUALITY AND RELIABILITY ISSUES!!!!! I would take an Otis Gen2 or a Schindler 3300 or 5500 over one of these pieces of JUNK, they will probably only last 5 YEARS at MOST!!!!! With that all being said, here's more reasoning to Why I dislike American Ecodiscs!!!!

P.S. This is also the hotel I stayed at in Asheville, and our stay wasn't the greatest, but not the worst as you will see when I upload my tour. Also as of November 2017, these have broken down YET AGAIN according to tripadvisor!!! It was SO DUMB or them to Install only 2 ELEVATORS and no SERVICE ELEVATORS, let alone 2 KONEs....
