Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi says US President Joe Biden has been seen to “struggle with the simplest of concepts”.

Ms Panahi said President Biden recently delivered an “incomprehensible word salad" while talking about his sister.

"We've seen Joe struggle with the simplest of concepts – he can't remember who is alive or dead," Ms Panahi said.

"He can't remember his own administration's policies.

"He's even struggled to count to three – remember that."
