= INGREDIENTS =
• Sponge
300g Plain Flour
15g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp salt

110g Unsalted Butter
50ml Oil
200g Sugar
3 Eggs

200ml Buttermilk
50ml Oil
1tsp Vanilla
1tbsp Red Food Color
1tsp White Vinegar

700g Italian Meringue Buttercream

250g Cream Cheese
To make cream cheese frosting add 300g IMBC with 250 cream cheese.

Instruction
1. Preheat the oven to 170C and prepare two 6inch tins.
2. Mix dry Ingredients.
3. Mix butter, oil, and sugar until combined.
4. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
5. Mix in buttermilk, oil, vanilla, red food color.
6. Add flour mixture and mix until combined.
7. Add vinegar and mix well.
8. Pour batter evenly into 2 tins.
9. Bake for 35-45 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.
10. Let the cake cool completely before assembling.
