Yewbarrow, Red Pike, Steeple & Pillar 4K - March 2022

Starting from the NT carpark at Seatoller we ran through Seathwaite Farm and past Styhead Tarn before descending down to Wasdale Head. From there it was a case of following Leg 4 of the Bob Graham round with a short sharp ascent up Yewbarrow (always fun!) before going on to summit Red Pike, Steeple and Pillar. We descended down to Black Sail Pass where I discovered I had run out of battery on my GoPro and hadn’t brought a spare 🙄
The intention was to drop down into the valley and then summit Haystacks (which we did though slowly due to a niggle collected on the slippy descent) and then onto Fleetwith Pike before returning to Seatoller. However, due to my niggle we opted to stay on Honister Pass rather than summit Fleetwith Pike (saved for another day).
