Just wanted to get some footage of Northgate Mall before it gets renovated for mixed usage (supposed to be finished in 2021). Luckily I wasn't stopped by security.

I changed the original title of the video. I originally thought it was being actually fully closed down, but apparently they want some of the remaining businesses to stay there.

Apparently come 2021, according to KING5 news, plans call for a state-of-the-art NHL practice facility complete with several ice rinks surrounded by bars, restaurants and retail at the Northgate Mall site. There's also supposed to be residential facilities.
