• hand mixer
• bowl
• container

• 600 ml of water


[ the preparation: ]
• boil water
• add Top Creamery Egg Pudding Powder in a bowl
• pour Top Series Sugar Syrup (optional)
• mix well with a hand mixer
• transfer mix in a container until jelly in texture
• dice into cubes in the sizes of holes of bubble tea straw
• keep it refrigerated
• the egg pudding will last up to three (3) days
