We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Gateline Assistants, ensuring safe and welcoming experiences for travelers.

Your Role:

🎫 Oversee Ticket Gates, ensuring customers have the correct tickets.
🤝 Be the first point of contact, providing quick and effective assistance.
🗣️ Provide information on journeys, key destinations, attractions, and London transport.
🏛️ Maintain quality and safety standards at the station.
🔄 Be flexible and proactive in various tasks.
Requirements:

📚 Organized individuals who can handle repetitive tasks under pressure.
💬 Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
🔄 Adaptable and able to work different shifts throughout the week.
Working Pattern:

🕒 Average working hours: 17.5 hours spread across 5 days (Monday to Friday, 1600 - 1930).
🔄 Must be available for shifts throughout the day, including weekends.
