This fourth week of the 40 Days to Personal Revolution program is all about Restoration. After a week of balancing fire and ease I'm feeling like some more Yin yoga is in order. Slowing things WAY down for a sequence aimed at physical and mental restoration. Allow yourself to get still and experience your body from a different perspective.
