This experiment shows the rate of CO2 production during yeast fermentation with different concentrations of sucrose. This video was filmed, scripted and produced by two DP students as a CAS project. The methodology can be used for a range of independent variables including types of sugars, combinations of sugars, inhibitors and temperature.
