It's now been two-and-a-half weeks since the City of Seattle installed a tall fence to divide the historically nude Denny Blaine Park, to limit areas where nudity was allowed, and to curb lewd and illegal acts from taking place.

The fence was installed after a group of neighbors sued the City of Seattle over photos and videos they had of explicit sexual acts, drug use, and more happening at Denny Blaine.

The group called for the park to be shut down until the city could come up with a concrete plan to stop the illegal behavior.

A judge ultimately ordered the city to come up with a plan earlier this summer, after seeing the evidence for himself.
