Over 2 million drivers are on the roads illegally. This is according to the Road Traffic Management Corporation. The RTMC has been clamping down on illegal licences and licensing.
Today nine people including officials at Elukwatini, Mpumalanga were arrested.
Eleven officials have been arrested since last week. They are facing charges of fraud and money laundering.
