The Immaculate Conception is a belief with deep roots in Catholic Tradition and a rich history that spans nearly two millennia to reach this dogmatic decree, and that’s what we will be exploring today: where did the Immaculate Conception come from, and how did the doctrine develop into the understanding of the dogma we have today.
