Sissy Dickson is a strong black woman who is employed by the New York police department. Sissy is a woman who gets whatever she wants, no matter the cost. Sissy has unresolved issues which make it hard for her to socialize. Sissy is determined to get a grasp on her life and career before its too late.

River Rene Burlington is the notorious Pink Heart Killer. River takes joy in murdering men who abuse and use woman. River's motivation behind murdering men is to take back the power they stole from women. River is a psychopath who gets off on getting away with murder and it does not look like she can be stopped.
