Today, were going to review part number CE10403G. This is the C.E. Smith, deep V keel roller assembly for boat trailers. This roller assembly will support your boats keel for easy loading and safe transport on your trailer. Features an eight inch black rubber keel roller, and a galvanized steel panel bracket with slotted mounting holes for adjustablility. This assembly is typically installed upright on the rear and middle cross members of a boat trailer.

The keel roller panel bracket assemblies help keep the boat moving while its being loaded and to stabilize the keel. Has deep V keel roller supports which helps your boats keel as it sits on the trailer. Helps in easing loading and unloading of the boat. And it helps to absorb road shock while the boats being trailered. The panel bracket lets you bolt your roller assembly on to the front of your boat trailer, has the slotted mounting holes that allow you to adjust the position during installation.

And for installation, it does require half inch or seven sixteenths fasteners, which are not included. Sturdy galvanized steel bracket resists corrosion. The galvanized steel parts are hot dipped in a zinc plating, after being stamped. Thisll create a coating that is typically three millimeters to five millimeters thick. And this thick all around coating will allow the galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.

Theres also six gussets, three on each side here. And they are put in to give support,and extra strength, to stiffen the side bends of the mounting bracket. The black rubber roller will deliver long lasting performance. Ill give you a few dimensions on this. The roller length is going to be eight inches.

This roller does ride on a shaft diameter of five-eighths of an inch. The dimensions of the mounting slots are a half inch wide by five inches long.
