⭐️Important to note: some hospitals offer tuition reimbursement for full and part time employees, BUT important to factor in that many hospitals perfer to hire nurses with their BSN to have a certain percentage for Magnet Recognition- this is all dependent on the area, facility, how competitive it is where you are, and what type of setting you are looking to work in!

4️⃣ Complete your prerequisites
Common courses:
English
Algebra
Anatomy and physiology
Psychology
Sociology
Chemistry
Microbiology
Advanced A&P
Nutrition
Statistics
Make sure to look at your program requirements- these vary depending on the school!

5️⃣ Apply for the nursing program
Note deadlines, GPA, credits, and prerequisite requirements
Other requirements may include:
Letters of recommendation
Admission essay
Admission interview if selected
