This is a family favourite dish of ours and one that I used to love when I was growing up. Made using fresh tender fava beans and tangy, Sicilian "capuliato", which is made by putting sun-dried tomatoes through a meat grinder, this pasta dish take no longer to prepare than the time it takes for the pata to boil.
