Pokemon Gen 6 Starter/Stationary RNG - No TinyMT required!

Starters. They exist. They're good. Why can't they be shiny too? This video will go over the process for RNGing a stationary pokemon (starters, gifts, fossils, etc) in the Gen 6 games. It's a straightforward process, but even still, I ran into a few issues with delays.

As promised, here are some final screens for Gen 6. These are the place where you hit A on when you reach your target frame to generate the pokemon.

XY:

Starters: Choose this pokemon? Yes/No
Kanto starters: You picked (pokemon). I see! That's simply wonderful!
Lapras: Woudl you mind taking Lapras with you on your journey? Sure/I couldn't
Mewtwo: Mew!
Zygarde: Zzzz-dddd-aaaaaa!

ORAS:

Starter: Choose this pokemon? Yes/No
Gen 2,4,5 starters: Yes, that one from the (region) region.
Lati@s: Lati@s joined your team!
(note: Latios/Latias is NOT shiny locked, go hog wild)
Hoopa Rings: Woudl you like to put your hand deep in the hole? Yes/no
Gift pokemon: You obtained a (pokemon)!
