This is a quick and easy face yoga routine whenever you have 5 minutes of your time. You can do in the morning or at night.

If you are in a rush you can skip the face massage but focus on the exercises.
When doing the exercises the key is to follow the right technique:
1. Do each step slowly and try to isolate + feel your face muscles
2. Hold each exercise as long as you can or around 30 seconds
3. Repeat 3x
4. Do it in front of the mirror and if you see any wrinkles - adjust the pose.
