Coach Riki developed his coaching skills under the guidance of Aleksandar Nikolić, Dušan Ivković, Ranko Žeravica, Božidar Maljković, Duško Vujošević, Slavko Trninić etc. He gained experience by Cooperation with the biggest coaching names from the NBA, Europe, Latin America and coaching different teams in various Serbian basketball clubs (Partizan, Crvena zvezda and NIS Vojvodina), but his experience gained while working also in Spain, Portugal, Greece, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.

Coach Srdan “Riki” Antic played basketball in Partizan Belgrade, but unfortunately his career as a basketball player ended, due to an injury, before he was able to join the senior team.

He actively participated at many international coaching seminars and was a lecturer at International Coaching Clinics in Spain, Portugal and Greece organized by European Coaches Association. As a FIBA Expert held classes in "COACHING PROGRAM" as a part of the "DEVELOPMENT PLAN" by Central Board of FIBA Asia coordinated with FIBA Sport and Development Department.

In Libya he worked as a teacher in The National Basketball Coaches School.

Currently, at the same time with the coaching, he is Co-Founder and C.E.O. of the Barcelona Pro Basketball and Multidisciplinary Sports Academy “Serhispana”.
