How to make Chinese Long Donut - របៀបធ្វើនំឆាខ្វៃនៅផ្ទះ

The ingredients
-2 cups all purpose flour. [ 320g ] if you can measure in grams, it will be better
-1 tbsp sugar [ 15g ]
-1 tsp salt [ 5g ]
-1 tbsp baking powder. [ 15g ]
-1/4 tsp baking soda [ 1g ]
( please do not put too much baking soda, too much baking soda will make it smell very metallic like. just the amount that i mentioned is good enough)
Mix the above dry ingredients first, using the hand mixer to mix it well.

After you can add the wet ingredients
-1 cup water And 1 tbsp [ 255ML ]
-1 tbsp cooking oil (LAST). [ 15ML ]
Add the oil last before bagging

You will also need 2 sizes of sticks
-One size is the size of the chi-kabob sticks
-Other size is the chopstick size
-water to dip the kabob stick
-some lose flour
-and some cooking oil to fry the Chinese long donuts.

Note: it is for sure a very tricky donuts to make and if you have made it before, you will know what I mean. And if it is your first time, it will take you a few times to get use to the whole process. please watch the video close, so it will help how to make a really good Chinese Long Donuts. Every little detail in the video is very important. if you need to go over the video again please do so.

Instruction: Take the dough out from the refrigerator and leave it to get to room temperature and it usually take 2 hours. if the country that you live in is warmer, it may not take that long.

After you get the dough to room temperature, you DO NOT need to knead the dough again. you can go straight to shaping and cutting into strips right away. Just like shown in the video.

After you take it out from the refrigerator, the dough is more firm but once it get into room temperature, the dough will be softer just like the in the video.

You can take it out from the bag, and put some all purpose loss flour on the board so it will help to get harder, and the dough will be not too soft. it will be easier to flatten and cut the dough like shown in the video.
