The queen size bedroom features a balcony that overlooks the state forest, a flat screen tv, and a walk-in closet.

The media room features a flat screen tv with a couch and 2 chairs – perfect for watching that Sunday football game!
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, walk-in closet, and a balcony that connects to the living room. The balcony has a table with fours chairs overlooking the state forest. The connecting bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub.
The laundry room has a sink and stacked front load washing machine and dryer.
There is a half bath off of the hallway leading to the kitchen.

Upon entering the open kitchen, you will be delighted with the counter space, Viking appliances, and large wine refrigerator. The living/dining/kitchen area is open and complemented with natural lighting from the large balcony that overlooks Big Redfish Lake (a rare natural dune lake) and the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats six, and the bar seats four. The living area can easily accommodate a family of ten to enjoy watching movies on the flat screen tv after a fun day at the beach.
The large balcony off of the living room has seating for six along with two lounge chairs – perfect for that morning cup of coffee.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, balcony, and large master bathroom. The master bathroom features a double vanity, jetted soak tub, and walk-in shower.

This condo is just a quick stroll (about a 3-minute walk) to the first pool and about a 5-minute walk to the beach from the pool area.

Sanctuary by the Sea offers two pool areas with a total of three pools with hot tubs and grill areas. There is also a club house with a workout center, a theater room that you and your family can reserve to view movies, and a Virtual Golf Room for the golf enthusiast (please bring your own clubs). The theater room and Virtual Golf room can be reserved through the guard station.
