Authorities announced today that the El Dorado Fire was reportedly human caused, although no details have yet been released on the exact cause. Investigators continue to look into the fire, as it spread to 3,000 acres and continued to threaten homes. Fortunately for firefighters, containment jumped to 5% as most nearby structures were reportedly spared from damage. At least 550 firefighters are reported on the ground battling the blaze with new evacuations being ordered for the eastern edge of Yucaipa.
