Stone crushing production lines usually consist of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, through-impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, centralized electronic control and other equipment. The designed output is generally 50-500t/h. We After several years of development and research, the company has designed a complete set of stone crushing production lines by matching the advanced through-flow impact crusher with the company's other series of products.

The stone is evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely broken materials are sent to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. The crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The stones that meet the feed size of the sand making machine are fed into the sand making machine for sand making. The stones that do not meet the requirements are returned to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. The materials coming out of the sand making machine are returned to the vibrating screen for re-screening. The separated sand that meets the requirements is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, it is transported by the finished product conveyor belt to become the finished product. The sand and gravel mixture that does not meet the requirements is sent to the sand making machine for re-crushing. This production line eventually forms a 2-break closed circuit. Loop, multiple configurations can be performed according to user needs.
