In this video I go over why artists choose to give the characters they create different facial characteristics to reinforce their personalities. I specifically address one pattern of facial structure given to introverted and less sociable characters that are typically physically aggressive. This type of facial structure is actually a form of RBF (I Describe the term in the video), which I call a "Lethal Face Card" or the angry phenotype. I use a collection of different characters created throughout the years and from many different countries. This facial structure and facial characteristics can actually be seen in the real world, as parents pass their genetics down to their children, leading to certain face shapes, angles, personality traits, and mannerisms. Artists are aware of the different types of facial expressions and the impressions they leave, which is why these characters have these faces.
