Hello everyone, today I've decided to build a large modern mansion in the Sims 4 using only base game. I have decorated with the idea of this being a large family home in mind. There's plenty of bedrooms to house a large family of sims aswell as a theatre, gym, study + even a creative art space for your creative sims! T.O.O.L mod has been used when building but isn't necessary to be installed in order to download the house from the gallery. Enjoy! 🤍
