The parade will kick off at 10 a.m. sharp , weather permitting, on Monday morning, but there are two flag-raisings before anyone starts marching. At 8:15 on the lawn of the old courthouse, the Vietnam Veterans of America will host a flag-raising ceremony. And at 9 a.m. at War Memorial Field, behind CB West High School, the American Legion Post 210 will host a second flag-raising ceremony.
