I've combined all four episodes of the E46 refresh into one video. It covers the complete cooling system refresh. Oil filter housing gasket (OFHG) replacement. Fuel injector cleaning, testing, and new O-rings installation.
Intake manifold removal, deep cleaning, and new gaskets installed.
Installing a new VANOS oil line, new belts, pulleys and idlers.
Cleaning the ICV (idle control valve). Bleeding and pressure testing the cooling system. Re-assembling all components and much more. First start and drive after the refresh.
The valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket had just been done prior to me purchasing the car, otherwise they would be on the refresh list along with the oil pump nut safety wire install.
