Ebenezer Higher Secondary School started functioning in 1964, with 96 students of classes from 5th standard . In 1966 Ebenezer School started functioning as Upper primary School and in 1976 was upgraded and the first batch of students appeared for SSLC exam in March 1979. In the year 2014 our school has upgraded as Higher Secondary. Since then the school came up as first among the aided school of Mazhuvannoor gramapanchayath. Now in this year, 2500 students are studying in Upper primary , High School and Higher Secondary section of our school.

Students of Ebenezer Higher Secondary School proved their ability in Sports, Games , Programs of Vidyarangam Kalasahithyavedhi, Sahithya samajam and Ezhuthukuttam etc.

This school was the venue of sub district Muvattupuzha Food Ball meet , Cricket matches and sub district Sahithyolsavam of Vidyarangam Kalasahithyavedhi in year 2010. We had won a lot of prizes in Youth Festivals and Games.
