Accessory Dwelling Units | Small & Mighty

In partnership with the ‪@cityofclevelandheights‬, ‪@apaohio2083‬ Cleveland Section, and ‪@northeastohiofirstsuburbsc7065‬, the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission hosted a webinar on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and their future in Cuyahoga County.

Nationally, the need and demand for ADUs is growing. However, the majority of Cuyahoga County's 59 municipalities do not allow ADUs as a permissible housing type, potentially limiting residents' options. This webinar focuses on the benefits ADUs can provide and outlines the trends driving the shift towards ADUs. It also includes insights from planning staff at a Cuyahoga County community taking the initiative to make ADUs a functional, attainable, and affordable housing option for its residents.
