Champion 4000 Watt Generator Carburetor Rebuild

Here we have a 4000 watt surge, 3500 watt running Champion generator that won't run. Even though he said that he drained the gas in it. I don't think he did. The carburetor was clogged up. One thing I don't like on these is that the even when you drain the float bowel there is still gas in it that won't come out.
