This is a game called Beat Saber. It's a VR game available on pretty much all major VR platforms.

Why does your game look different to mine?
Mods. I use Custom Avatars and Camera2 for my recordings. I usually use ScoreSaber, BeatSaverVoting, NoodleExtensions, MappingExtensions and Chroma for better custom level support. I use Technicolor for the rainbow lights, and BeatTogether to do custom songs in multiplayer.

I use various other mods to improve performance.

How do you play / get custom songs?
I personally get them from https://beatsaver.com but there are other sites as well.
Once downloaded you extract the zip into Beat Saber\Beat Saber_Data\CustomLevels and you're good to go.

What about PSVR?
Good luck with that. At least you have the base game and the expansions. PS4's can be jailbroken and modded but that's outside the scope of this channel.

What about on Oculus Quest?
There's a thing called sidequest, but as a PC player, I don't know much about it. You can also plug it into a PC with a link cable, or try connecting to your PC with remote desktop / wifi if you're feeling brave.
