How to Make Heart-Shaped Muffins (Vegan)?

These simple and fluffy heart-shaped muffins will steal your heart. They are a great idea to make for Valentines' Day or any special day where you want to cherish love with someone. You can easily make these Lemon Almond Muffins even without any heart molds by following the steps I show in the video.

RECIPE FOR VEGAN MUFFINS:
150 g flour 00 or all-purpose (1 cup)
30 g potato starch (3 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp)
40 g vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
70 g almonds (1/2 cup)
90 g brown sugar (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp)
170 g oat milk (3/4 cup)
20 g lemon juice (1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp)
2 tsp baking powder
lemon zest and cinnamon

Strawberry sauce:
300 g frozen strawberries (2 cups)
2 small lemons
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)

*For guaranteed results, I strongly suggest using grams as the unit of measurement
