First fundamental concept: What is academic validation, and how is it hurting you?
The following concepts are going to help you understand how academic validation is destroying you and how to break this endless cycle.
What is academic validation? Academic validation is tiding your self-worth with academic success or grades.
Why is academic validation hurting you? If you have chosen this lifestyle and you are happy with it, then power to you! I support you all the way! But if you believe that this isn't something you have chosen to do and you feel forced to do it, then we have a big problem here.
And this path has two paths to follow:
Number 1: To blame everyone else and do nothing to change it.
Number 2: To blame yourself and actually change this endless cycle.

Second fundamental concept: The brutal truth – The play's metaphor
The brutal truth: Nobody cares! No one will be there to applaud you; each person has their own battles to face! Each person views their life as the main character. It is like a play, actually. Why tie your self-worth with the expectation of others when in their lives, you are just a background character?

Third fundamental concept: When will you start doing things for yourself? – Self-care – Self-worth
Bottom line: Whatever you decide to do in your life, do it for yourself, not for anyone else. You aren't there to impress anyone!

Fourth fundamental concept: Change your self-image
You are a living human being who has dreams and fears.
Think of the best-case scenario. What is the best thing to happen?
Think of the worst-case scenario. If everything fails, now you can proudly say that you did your best. You poured your soul into this project, and you are here to see the results, no matter what they are.
They may be the greatest success of your life or your biggest failure. This doesn't matter. The point is that you gave all you had, and this act alone is worth praising.
Have you ever thought that you haven't explored new academic subjects just because you think you aren't enough?
But the beauty and the curse of it is that you will never know how outstanding you could become if you never tried it.
Maybe, you can become great in an academic field you had never thought of.

Fifth fundamental concept: Take risks and expose yourself to new academic fields.
The most significant thing is: Take risks and expose yourself to new academic fields. Who knows: Maybe you study maths now, but if you changed your academic field, you could become one of the most outstanding chemists of all time!

Sixth fundamental concept Your choice: A new beginning - The choice to change everything or the choice to change nothing
You aren't one-dimensional. A drawing on paper is two-dimensional. You are a human being and live in a multidimensional world. This is the time to make it happen. You aren't a cartoon character who lives in a world with predetermined dimensions and fixed characters.
You have a choice: The choice to change everything or the choice to change nothing.
Whatever you choose is up to you. You are the main character of your life and the director, as well.
If what you do fulfills you, it is mandatory to continue doing it because it makes you happy. But if you do this for anyone else, then we have a problem!

Seventh fundamental concept: The ideal self: The multidimensional self archetype
The multidimensional self-archetype or your ideal self. This is your goal and your purpose in life. To devote your life to an ideal or a cause but supplementary to have the following pillars as well:
Number 1: Health:

Number 2: Your relations with your beloved ones.
Do they have a genuine interest, or do they have to gain something from you?
And the most important question of all. Would they be there for you if you hadn’t achieved what you already have achieved academically?
Are these people near you and only for you?

Number 3: Interests / Hobbies:
Without your creative side, your academic side is incomplete. You can be good but never write history. If you want to be the best you can be, you must be a scientist and an artist simultaneously. This is your goal!

Number 4: Yourself: You need to know yourself better than anyone else.
What motivates you in life?
What makes you happy?
How do you feel about your physical appearance?
What is your mental state?
Do you respect yourself?
Do you love yourself?
