Ingredient for upma :-

1 cup suji.
1 big tbsp. oil.
1 tbsp.jeera.
1 tbsp.mustard seed.
1 tbsp.udad dal.
1spicy green chilli.
7 to 8 curry leaves.
1 small chopped onion.
2 small chopped tomato.
1 boil potato.
Some boil peas.
1 tbsp.green chilli & ginger paste.
As per taste salt.
1.5 cup water.
Chopped coriander leaves.

Process :-

Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Of Suji( Rava). Keep Stirring Slow Flame. rava (suji) Colour Change Flame Off. Take Plate & Cool Down Rava(Suji). Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1 Big Tbsp.Oil. Add 1 Tbsp. Jeera,1 Tbsp.Mustared Seeds,1 Tbsp. Udad Dal. Add 1 Spicy Chilli,Curry Leaves & Mix Well All Ingredients. Add 1 Small Chopped Onion & Saute 2 To 5 Min. 2 Small Chopped Tomato & Mix Well. Slow Flame & cover the pan 5 min. After 5 Min. Open The Cover Mass The Tomato. Add 1 Boil Potato & Some Peas, Mix Well All Vegetables. slow Flame. Add 1 Tbsp. Green Chilli & Ginger Paste,as per taste salt & mix well. Add Rosted Rava(Suji) & Keep Stiring. Add 1.5 Cup Water & Keep Stirring,cover the pan 5 min. Open The Cover Add 1 Tbsp.Ghee & chopped coriander leaves mix well. Healthy sanck is a ready.

Tea ingredient:-

1/3 cup water.
1 tbsp.cha.
1.5 tbsp. sugar.
1 cup milk.
Add 3 Pcs Mint Leaves.
1 Cardamom.
3 Black Pepper.
2 Pcs Cloves.
1 Pcs.Cinnamon.
1 Inch Ginger.

Process:-

Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1/3 Cup Water,add 1 tbsp. cha. Add 1.5 Tbsp. Sugar & Boil Water. Add 3 Pcs Mint Leaves,1 Cardamom,3 Black Pepper, Add 3 Pcs Mint Leaves,1 Cardamom,3 Black Pepper, 2 Pcs Clove1 Pcs ,Cinnamon,1 Inch Ginger Crush All
Ingredients. Boil Water After Add 1 Cup Milk. Boil Tea Add Crush Spice Masala. Boil Tea Add Crush Spice Masala.
