Only 7 People Have Solved This Sudoku!

** TODAY'S PUZZLE **
We like a challenge and today Simon tackles the sequel to a rather wonderful Jeff Wajes sudoku from a couple of months back. This one is called Renban Circus and the logic is almost completely original. It has had very few solves too (Logic Masters Germany says currently 7!) so it might not be desperately straightforward... as the video length might confirm ;)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Each purple line contains a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits, which can appear in any order.
Using red, green, and blue, colour in all circles such that:
-Orthogonally adjacent circles are different colours.
-Circles on the same purple line are the same colour.
-The digit inside a circle appears that many times in circles of that colour.
