Yoho National Park is full of stark peaks and towering waterfalls, beautiful vistas and lakes. It is the second oldest national park in Canada, and it is facing unique challenges, from the native trout being crowded out by an invasive species, to a massive pine beetle infestation that is desperately requiring action. With over 125 years of differing management strategies, how can the park be saved from some of its invasive species?

Elsewhere, we see one of the northernmost parts of Canada, the Inuvialuit Settlement Region, which borders on Canada’s Western Arctic and has been largely thought to be untouched by man. However, some of the Inuvialuit people have recently found archeological remains to that of their ancestors. Together with Parks Canada, they work to uncover the mystery.
