In today’s digitally connected world, modern shopping centre is a competitive battleground where retail shops are fighting to get shoppers attention and loyalty. Stores need modern and effective solutions to deliver better customer service, especially in times of growing popularity of online shopping. Nowadays, most customers interact with technology on a daily basis so this is where digital signage provide an opportunity to stand out from the competition. By ‘going digital’ retailers have an increased ability to raise the profile for their brand in the Shopping Centres. When compared with traditional stagnant print advertising, Digital Signage allows customers to make a real connection with brand and in turn this connection provides significant improvements in customer loyalty. Digital Signage solutions are at the forefront of the retail revolution as more and more retailers and shopping centre’s realise its benefits.

An excellent example of using all advantages of digital signage is Posnania shopping centre – one of the largest and most modern places in East-central Europe. The whole spectrum of latest technologies was implemented there. The supplied solution is primarily spectacular LED screens, including Europe’s largest elliptical transparent screen. The installation consists of interactive video walls and tablets. In the Rotunda, there was applied a semi-circular LED screen creating an impressive arc, ended with two-side free-standing multimedia totem.

We are more than happy that we had a possibility to be a part of this project. It was a perfect opportunity for us to create an interactive space that gives to the innovative character of this place. Throughout the property we’ve implemented technologically advanced solutions that serve for entertainment and enriching the services. We wanted our applications to unobtrusively interact with the customer and provide him new experiences. We’ve created and application responding to the pedestrian movement and displays comic clouds with marketing messages over their heads. While working on this project, we set our minds primarily on a modern forms of entertainment – CH Posnania moves its visitors into a magical and unique world of augmented reality. We give them the opportunity to stand face to face with a menacing shark or find themselves in the midst of colorful, exotic butterflies. For fans of photography, we prepared a photobooth integrated with the application showing a mosaic of taken pictures. With us, a visit to the mall becomes something memorable and unique.
