Launch your favorite web browser on your phone
Log in to reddit and stay on the browser when prompted to switch to app
Tap on the menu and select 'Settings'. then select 'Account Settings'
On the account settings page, tap on'Feed Settings'
Then Toggle the 'Adult Content' button Off or ON

NSFW Filter On iPhone:
If you're on iPhone, you can do it on the app but the process is outside the app
Tap on Settings on the iPhone
Scroll to Reddit and tap on it
Enable or Disable NSFW from there as shown in the video.
