Driving Through Lutyens Delhi

Lutyens' Delhi is an area in New Delhi, India, named after the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869–1944), who was responsible for much of the architectural design and building during the period of the British Raj, when India was part of the British Empire in the 1920s and 1930s and 1940s. This also includes the Lutyens Bungalow Zone

Lutyens Delhi is a area where (if you leave some normal people) political class, journalists, bureaucrats, elite business class etc. live. They have access everywhere. leave the business class most of them enjoy so many free things. Area surrounded by diplomatic
enclave. So called highly educated Oxford ,Harvard returns live there. They live in a entirely different world, attend Parties in Embassies, normal people those who comes from cattle class ( Shashi Tharur's words,not mine) , can't afford to live there.
