Episode #5 features Dr. Tyler Lesher (ATC/CSCS), the current Head Athletic Trainer for UCLA Men's Basketball. He has worked previously in the NBA with both the Hornets and the Cavs, and now currently with UCLA basketball & golf. Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge to the podcast, as we discussed many different aspects of athlete health and performance.

We had an insightful conversation regarding strategies for hoopers to learn to move better, how he has changed the mindset of athletes and how they see the athletic training room, how he sees movement and injury reduction strategies that relate to basketball players specifically, corrective exercises, and more.

Be sure to go to YouTube to check out the Podcast Practical that we did with Tyler, where he takes an athlete step-by-step through several different movement and mobility patterns, and talks us through how he sees movements, compensations, and how to select exercises for a given athlete.
