ज्वारीची चकली | खमंग खुसखुशीत बिना भाजणीची चकली | Jowar Chakli Recipe | Crispy & Tasty Chakli

🙏 नमस्कार मंडळी,
आज आपण बनवणार आहोत ज्वारीची चकली – खमंग, खुसखुशीत आणि सगळ्यांना आवडणारी! या रेसिपीत भाजणीची गरज नाही, सोप्या पद्धतीने घरीच छान कुरकुरीत चकली तयार करता येते.

🥢 साहित्य :-
• ज्वारी पीठ – 2 कप
• तांदळाचे पीठ – 1 कप
• बेसन पीठ – 1/2 कप
• लाल तिखट – 2 चमचे
• तीळ – 1 tbsp
• जिरेपूड – 1 tsp
• धणेपूड – 2 tsp
• ओवा – 1/2 tbsp
• मीठ – चवीनुसार
• तेल – 2 tsp (मोहनसाठी)
• पाणी – 1.5 कप (गरजेनुसार)

Ingredients :-

• Jowar flour – 2 cups
• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Gram flour (besan) – 1/2 cup
• Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 2 tsp
• Carom seeds (ajwain) – 1/2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tsp (for mixing)
• Water – 1.5 cups (as required)

👩‍🍳 कृती :-

1. सर्वप्रथम ज्वारीचे पीठ, तांदळाचे पीठ आणि बेसन पीठ एकत्र करून घ्या.
2. एका कढईमध्ये पाणी गरम करायला ठेवा.
3. त्यामध्ये तेल व सर्व मसाले घालून पाण्याला उकळी येऊ द्या.
4. पाण्याला उकळी आल्यावर गॅसची फ्लेम कमी करून त्यामध्ये पीठ घाला व मिक्स करा.
5. त्यावर झाकण ठेवा, गॅस बंद करा व १० मिनिटे तसेच ठेवा.
6. १० मिनिटानंतर पीठ परातीत घेऊन चांगले मळून घ्या.
7. आता चकल्या तयार करून गरम तेलात मध्यम आचेवर सोडून तळून घ्या.
8. चकल्या व्यवस्थित गार झाल्यावर हवाबंद डब्यात भरून ठेवा.

Method :-

1. First, mix together jowar flour, rice flour, and gram flour.
2. In a pan, heat water and add oil along with all the spices. Let it come to a boil.
3. Once the water boils, reduce the flame and add the flour mixture. Mix well.
4. Cover with a lid, switch off the flame, and rest for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, transfer the dough to a plate and knead well.
6. Shape into chaklis and fry in hot oil on medium flame until crispy.
7. Once cooled completely, store in an airtight container.
