Spark driver metrics needs this...

We really should get full monthly reports detailing every delivery, for our records and clarity. If a customer removes a tip- how do we know if they were tip-baiting or something was wrong with their order and or process?!

If a customer rates you below 5 stars- they should have to detail why (and or select from a list of options), that way we know what went wrong and can learn how to fix and or avoid it in the future.
