Around one in three people are estimated to be affected by mental
health issues in any one year, and whilst there are some excellent
services and charities available such as The Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and the NHS24's Breathing Space, there is still a massive stigma attached to mental health issues.

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped us with this project, especially Solareye, Kelman at Neoneight for producing the video and everyone who came along to participate in the making of the video.
