Warm Up rules from Max:

1) You can do warm up either from top to bottom or from bottom to the top, whichever way you like more.
2) Max himself starts from the top.
3) Start with ypur head, at first do circles then rotations.
4) After that go for wrists, elbows and shoulders.
5) After that warm up your lower back.
6) End your warm up routine with legs.
7) After that you can stretch a little bit.

After warm up it is good to do 1-2 light sets of the upcoming exercise. Max usually do sets of 20% MAX reps.
